We handle the design and installation of the furnishings from start to finish, and offer flexible rental and purchase options, depending on how long the furniture is needed.

How It Works

Getting Started

We will walk through the model home with you and your team, to learn about your vision for the space and the development. We want to know who your target buyer is, and what features of the home you want to showcase. While there, we’ll grab photos and measurements to help us with our design planning.

Your Custom Staging Plan

Next, let’s discuss your timeline and get you scheduled for install. We’ll work up a quote for the project with both rental and purchase options, so you and your team can decide what makes the most sense for you. From there we will work on space planning and create your customized design plan. We’ll send you a preview of our selections so you can see our vision for the space.

Bringing the Look to Life

We handle all sourcing and receiving of the furnishings, and when it comes time for install day, we’ve got it all covered. Our skilled moving team will get the furniture installed, while we work on the finishing touches like art and decor to bring the look together. When you no longer need the furniture, we work with you to make the removal process as easy as possible.

  • Model home furnishing provides affordable options that allow you to market the home for an extended period of time. With thorough space planning, we ensure that we are sourcing pieces that fit the style and size of the property.   • This service is a great option for builders, developers, and property management companies. We work with all different price points and property sizes, everything from apartments, to townhomes, to luxury single family homes, and more.

  • The sooner the better! It typically takes us 2-3 months to source all the furnishings for a model home, but it can take longer depending on furniture lead times, and the scale of the project. If you know what’s coming down the pipeline, we can help you determine the best timeline for our schedule and yours.

  • The not so helpful but honest answer is - it depends. It depends on whether you’re planning to rent the furnishings or purchase them outright. It depends on the size of the project, how many spaces we’re furnishing, and what type of furniture the home requires. If you are able to provide us with project details, we will do our best to give you a fair and accurate estimate on pricing.

  • We’ll email you a quote to get the project started, and we require a 50% deposit to lock in your dates and start work on planning the design. The final payment is due on the date of install. We accept payment via check or card, standard taxes and fees will apply.

  • During install we ask that the home be vacant of contractors and other personnel to allow us to do our best work. We also require that the home be clean, and the electric and water both be turned on and working. We ask that all the agreed upon install dates are honored, and if we finish ahead of schedule your team will be notified upon completion.

  • We offer a buy back program! When you’re ready to move out of the model unit we will evaluate the condition of the pieces and can help you determine fair pricing if you’re looking to sell the furniture, or purchase it back ourselves.
